Paste opaque classic color A4is our new products for metal using, total 16
colors,
following VITA shade guide. Paste opaque classic color A4 will be used after first fired
washing opaque, helping to cover the color of metal. The labs can print this classic color A4
of paste opaque once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even you can print this
classic color A4 of paste opaque directly withour washing opaque when you use nickel
chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our paste opaque instead of
others, because of the good quality and color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect
bonding strength of this paste opaque.
The Firing Schedule of A4 Paste Opaque:
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 6 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
Paste Opaque A4 Compositon is Following:
SiO2: 35~65 |
Al2O3: 10~25 |
K2O: 8~15 |
TiO2:5~15 |
CeO2: 4~12 |
Pigment: 0~12 |
The Characteristics of A4 Paste Opaque:
- Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.
