- Summary: Dental Cobalt Chrome Casting Partial Dental Alloy was
called non-precious casting alloy or cobalt-based alloy. It has
corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility, nice fluidity and
easy to use. After polished, the casting will be light and
flexible. The component of Cobalt and Chrome are more than 85%.
Smelting by high vacuum, we can ensure the quality of each batch.

5. Operation Method
a. Using Cobalt Chrome Casting Alloy investment to make the mode,
and make the wax shape,then put into the casting circle to invest.
b. After one hour curding, put it into the oven (260℃). And hold
about half an hour at 900℃.
c. When the alloy is melting, the alloy is bright light. When the
alloy is out of shape,casting it at once.
After 5～10minutes, get the casting out, then sandblasting, buffing,
polishing and electropolishing.
6. Caution
a. The casting room should be good sanding.
b. Nickel allergy caution.
c. This product is not recommended for repeated casting.
7. Package
One package is 1000g per bottble.
