Overview
The equipment is used in production of non-soda drink of hot juice
or water packed in polyester bottles. Washing, filling and capping
are integrated in one machine.

Feature
Bottle Washing Part
The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and
turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing
and one for dripping before entering to filling station.
There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing
water is from the RO system, it is purified water.
Filling part
Adopt hot filling method. There is an air return pipe inside the
filling valve to control the filling level; Such filling method is
the easiest way of filling machine.
Adopted micro-negative pressure filling, and filling speed is
quick, steady and accurate.
Capping Part
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the
whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the
patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can
freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping
tightly.
There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap
rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic
delete the opposite caps.

4) Can your factory make the bottle drawing, workshop layout, and
labels for us?
A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop
layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.
(Workshop need customer to provide the size of factory)
5) Installation and Training Time
A: We have professional engineer for oversea installaion and
training, they can speak English, and have much experience oversea
work.
