SZFM series full-automatic water-soluble filming machine is the

This machine is consisted of paper feeding unit, air bump, paper
delivery unit, front-guide, side-guide, gluing system, compounding
system, paper perforation device, paper receiving and outputting
system and electrical control device. The work principle is as
picture (1) shows:
Working principle: Paper is conveyed to the conveyer belt by
Feeder, and then conveyed to the front-guide position, then it is
conveyed to the distance between stitching rolls and complex with
the glued film on the base of adjusting by front rule and pull
rule, then it is completed paper receiving with bowl through jockey
pulley and perforation.
1.The machine adopts motor to deliver paper antomatically and
improves production effciency.
2.It adopts high precision front-ruler and side-ruler that aligns
papers automatically and improves filming precision.
3.The front and back overlapping parts between papers can be
adjusted, thus ensures the consistence of overlapping degree;
4.It adopts immerging coat that makes the coat be more even and
mucilage economical, and easy for manipulation.
5.Equipped with high precision automatic paper punching equipment;
6.Equipped with papers counting, machine-ceasing protection during
paper shortage and automatic mucilage supplying system.
7.The paper moving process is adopping the absorb wind feeding
without distorting.
