SW-1050G is used to laminate pre-coated film and printed matters. The machine adopts automatic feeding, automatic slitting after lamination, and has stable, high-effective features. 1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump and pre-stacker to feed paper automatically. Paper can be added meanwhile the machine is working, which improves working efficiency

2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.

3. Automatic feeding system is equipped with no sheet protector, paper break protector and paper superposing protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When paper is miss or break, the machine stop automatically for self-protection.

4. Feeder vacuum table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to regulate paper conveying and overlap and improve lamination prevision.

5. 320mm diameter with high-precision chrome plated heating roller is equipped with electromagnetic heater oil heating, which is safe fast pre-heating energy saving and environmental protection. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.

6. Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.

7. Air shaft releases film, and perfects the precision of film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll much more convenient. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and release speed.

8. Space between separation section and laminator section, which makes the machine maintenance more easier

9. Pneumatic separation system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the size of workable paper on the touch screen.

10. Corruagating belt makes the paper collection more regular and convient.

11. Delivery section is standard with stacker.
