Features of this machine.
A. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper
automatically.
B. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper
protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by
sensor.
C. Man-machine interface system, color touch screen simplify the
machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator
inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the
machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch
screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
D. Heating roller and lower heating roller adopt aluminum-casting
heater. Temperature is respectively controlled to ensure the
precise temperature for the double-sided lamination.
E. Pneumatic pressuring system provides stable laminating pressure.
The pressure can be adjusted upon requests.
F. Air tension shaft: convenient for film to install and dismantle,
and accurate for film setting.
G. Clutch tension control system is equipped.
H. Slitting knife is used to cut the film to meet paper width.
I. Punch knife is used to make holes on film edge to achieve
slitting automatically.
J. Anti-curve device: laminated paper will not be curved after
slitting.
K. The laminated paper can be automatically slit by pneumatic
slitting system.
L. The slit paper is automatically collected on delivery table.
