SW-1050GL is a model Chain Cutter Thermal Film Laminating machine
for PET film lamination.It adopts high speed rotating knife to cut
film after lamination.This kind of separation has the feature of
low noise,small film raw edge,application for all kind of film,such
as BOPP film,PET film,metalized film and etc..Usually PET film is
much stronger than BOPP film,for normal penumatic separation,can't
separate it.At this kind of suitiation,chain cutter is better
choice.Chain cutter can run very stable and accurately without any
failure.
Before using the chain cutter, please make sure there is no any
problem with the chain cutter.Set the Separation Length and Sheet
Width.Set the length and width as correct as possible.Separation
length is the sheet length minus sheet overlap.Sheet Width is paper
width.Touch Work Switch and switch on servo.Touch Automatic
Running. Chain cutter goes back to original point.Turn the button
Length Sensor to 1 and open the cylinder in the middle of chain
cutter. Turn on the switch Traction roller(Pinch roller) to make
the wheel press the roll.
Move the laminated paper and pass through traction roller(Pinch
roller).When paper pass through the chain cutter knife, automatic
cut. From the third sheet, please adjust deviation value in the
touch screen if there is any deviation. Adjust the deviation value
until it is in normal.If the sensor any problem, please Please
change the Paper Thickness Setting and make sure correct
setting.When Chain cutter is working, please decrease the speed and
then touch Flying Knife Reset if the knife deviate more than
100mm.After finish the chain cutter job, please turn off Automatic
running at first and then turn off Work Switch.
SW-1050GL is used for BOPP PET PVE thermal film. The machine adopts
automatic feeding, automatic slitting after lamination, and has
stable, high-effective features. Schneider, Omron famous electrical
components are used in the machine to ensure the stability and
safe. The machine is automatic, feeder is automatic feeding,
electromagnetic heaer is used for heating roller to keep the
precision of laminating temperature. PLC control system is also
used in this machine. It has the advantages of high precise
feeding, stable working, long service lift and convenient
maintenance. It is suitable to laminate those products like cards,
certificates, files, book covers, and packaging boxes etc.
