Product characteristics
1. Polyester warp knitted fabric has high strength. The short fiber
strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high strength fiber is 5.6 ~
8.0cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is
basically the same as its dry strength. The impact strength is 4
times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of
viscose fiber.
2. Heat resistance of polyester warp knitted fabric polyester is
made by melt spinning, and the dimension of the formed fiber is
heated and melted again. It belongs to thermoplastic fiber. The
melting point of polyester fiber is relatively high, but the
specific thermal void and thermal conductivity are small, so the
dimensional heat resistance and absolute heat resistance of
polyester fiber are higher. It is the best of synthetic fibers.
3. Good wear resistance. The wear resistance is second only to the
best nylon, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic
fibers.
4. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to
acrylic fiber.
5. Corrosion resistance. Bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbon, ketone,
petroleum product and inorganic acid resistant. Resistant to dilute
alkali and mildew, but can be decomposed by hot alkali. There are
also strong acid and alkaline resistance and UV resistance
6. Those with poor dyeability but good color fastness and not easy
to fade. Polyester molecular chain has no specific dyeing group and
small polarity, so it is difficult to dye the color, poor
dyeability and difficult for dye molecules to enter.
7. The fabric made of ordinary polyester filament has the
advantages of good strength, smooth and crisp, easy washing and
fast drying, but it has some disadvantages, such as hard hand feel,
poor touch, soft luster, poor air permeability and moisture
absorption. If compared with silk fabrics, the gap is too large, so
we must first imitate silk in the silk thread structure in order to
eliminate the disadvantage of poor wearing performance.
