Product Introduction

Wovenflex Extra shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type.

The ribs on the cove surface greatly increase abrasion resistance and help to provide a long service life.

♦ Construction: Circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with PVC-NBR.

♦ Inner tube: Very smooth with minimum friction loss

♦ Cover: Ribbed cover for flexibility and abrasion resistant

♦ Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
