10” × 200m Thermoplastic Rubber ( TPR ) Layflat Hose for Produced Water Transferring Through the Weave Large Diameter

Chemvey is one type of super heavy-duty through-the-weave Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) covered hose.
Chemvey hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the TPR compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.

♦ No pin holes on the cover. Reinforcement layer is completely protected by TPR polymer
♦ Ribbed cover for better abrasion resistance
♦ TPR compound is resistant to chemicals,including acid

♦ Compared with PU hoses, Cheman TPR hoses are more chemical resistant (especially acid resistant), water-resistant, age-resistant, and UV-resistant etc.
♦ Compared with NBR hoses, Cheman TPR hoses are more abrasion resistant (two times).

Remark:When hoses are used for produced water, couplings should have chemical resistant coating
