In this automatic planar face mask machine, the elastic is used for
the ear band. 3 ~ 5layers of non-woven fabrics are pasted together
by the ultrasonic technology, and processes, including the
nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet cutting and the ear
band welding, are all completed automatically. The working
efficiency is high.
The machine is composed of fabrics feeder, ear band forming unit,
the wrinkling & forming mechanism, the nose-bridge bar feeder and
the ultrasonic welding & cutting unit, and processes, including the
nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet forming, the ear
band forming, the ear band welding and the counting, etc. are all
completed automatically.

Finish mask are widely used in anti-dust environment. Like clean
room, hospital, hotel, and daily use.

stay in the buyer’s country, including round airplane tickets,
accommodation, and food .

--You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa, air

person.

--All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished
installation.
5. How could we do after one year warranty period?
--We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my
technician 100USD/day.
6. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
--We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty
