Guangzhou V-Pack Industrial Co., Ltd. (stock code:832914), former name: Guangzhou V-pack Packaging
Equipment Co.,Ltd. was
established in September 2006. Due to the need of business
development, approved by the relevant departments, the company
completed the shareholding reform, and officially changed its name
as: Guangzhou V-pack Industry Corporation Ltd.. In July 2015,
V-pack was officially listed on the new-third board stock market.
V-pack, a National high-tech enterprise, is focusing on the R & D
of equipments, pharmacy and medical packaging machinery, for big
health industry. Products including:
-- Large / Middle / Small Packaging Machines for decoction pieces
and powder materials.
-- Automatic bottle packaging line for irregular material (powder,
granule & pill).
-- Big health industry, like, pretreatment equipments and
multi-materials healthy food packaging Line etc.
-- Automatic weighing, packaging, complete sets of production
equipment for food, medicine, chemical industry and irregular
materials.
In June 2015, V-Pack invested and set up Sichuan V-Pack Food
Industry Co., Ltd. in the Industrial Park of Tongjiang, Sichuan
Province. Mainly produce natural organic food, meanwhile,
establish, demonstration popularization and application the
platform, which integrated production and sales as smart operation
for agricultural and sideline products (including Chinese herbal
medicine). This covers: plant guide, agricultural mechanization
technology consulting and training, ecological organic food, the
application and popularization of production and sales smart
platform for medicine food homology health food production, the
demonstration and popularization of processing plant and sales
platform. Based on the needs of the development of project, V-Pack
will also increase investment in the pre-processing plants of food
and Chinese herbal medicine, to build a modern production and
processing base for agricultural and the sideline products.
In August 2015, V-Pack set up a branch company in Guangzhou, named
Guangzhou Rui Yue Jia Special Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,
focusing on the marking equipments for big health industry:
coding & marking equipment, code printing
consumables products (hot stamping foil, thermal transfer ribbon,
hot ink roll and packaging film, etc.).In Dec. 2016,V-Pack bought
the SMZX company to set up the dryer product line.
