This is a two-plates hot runner mold developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing,

with pin point gate (hot runner turns to cold runner). It is made of high-quality steel, the cavity

and core ≥ 50HRC. With standard mold base, the mold has good hardness and anti-wearing

performance.

Standard mold base P/N FCI3550.A100 B130 C90; the mold size is 400 X 500 X 436mm,

and the mold net weight is 583 kg, fit 110T machine. The part size is 62.89X23.96X20.53mm,

and the part net weight is 8.6g.

Gate: pin point gate (hot runner turns to cold runner)
