The mold was developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing, and is designed with hot

runner free of cold slug to save costs and reduce production loss and short cycle time.

Hot runner turns to cold runner sub gate. Surface finish: 1. A surface polished to SPI-A1;

2. Secondary surface polished to 1000# sandpaper; 3. Other surfaces EDM with

VDI21# (Makino). Harden the cavity and core to have high hardness and good anti-wearing

performance; and the cavity and core > 50HRC.
