Features:

The mold is developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing with advanced processing technology. A surface polished to 800# sandpaper and textured. The large A surface EDM with VDI27# (Makino) and other large surfaces EDM with VDI30# (Makino). Harden the cavity and core with 1*1/S136 to have hardness ≥ 50HRC; the mold surface is free of defects. The mold features smooth ejection, service life up to 500k shots, and excellent cost performance

  What we do：

Chitwing is focusing on providing custom-made products to world-wide customers, including

product structure design based on customer’s ID, mold design & fabrication, mold trial &

prototyping, MP production and shipment.

At the same time, we can offer 50~100 sets of custom-made mold and standard component to
