The mold is designed with the standard mold base DAI4050. A = 145 B = 125 C = 120,

the mold size is 450 X 500 X 431mm, the net weight is 877 kg, and fit 140T machine.

This is a three-plates mold, and blue A surface with MT11010 etch.

The mold is designed with cold runner; the part size is 172.56 X49.70 X72.85mm, in line with

LKM standard, with hardened cavity and coreWith strict surface finish process, the molded

part has high precision free of burrs.
