The mold is designed with a tab gate, the pin point gate turns to the side gate; more suitable for

the part molding and quality control; the mold is made from high grade steel, with the tool life up

to 500k shots

The large surface of the mold EDM with Charmilles VDI24#, and harden the cavity and

core with 1*2/S136, so that the parts have more accurate details and uniform molding quality.
