The mold is designed with sub gate (pin point gate turns to side gate); A surface with MT11006

etch, and other surfaces EDM with VDI21#. Harden the cavity and core with 1*2/S136 to have

high hardness and anti-wearing performance; the tool life > 500k shots. The mold good fitted

for accurate processing w/o leakage. The molded part has fine quality; the mold is designed

with hot runner, w/o loss of materials, thereby greatly reducing material cost.
