The mold is designed with standard mold base (FCI3040.70110100) and cold runner,

the mold size is 400 X 400 X 386mm, the net weight is 350 kg;

the molded part has minimized gate marks and smooth surface w/o burrs, LKM standard;

it is a three-plate mold with 17 lifters, and fit 110T machine.

The part weight is 15g and the part size is 161.27 X75.80 X7.30mm

The green surface polished to 800# sandpaper, the secondary surface (core) EDM with VDI27#,

the surface of antenna EDM with VDI18#; sub gate; the part material is PC; tool life up to 500k shots;

the mold is aesthetic, moderate in size and easy to store.
