To achieve a ideal cutting performance , first, we produce tungsten
carbide saw tips with good quality raw material from top suppliers,
then, we have 8 series type of tungsten carbide, total over 3000
different dimensions with different angles, different design
accroding to the final cutting requirement of customers, for wood,
for metal, for non-ferrous metal, for steel for aluminum, different
processing objet has their own nature, too hard, too soft, with
nails, these are the one of factor which the engineer should
consider when make the drawing of the mold, and also the accroding
to the sawing way of machine, the engineer need to design different
front angle, back angle, as we know for wood, we need big back
angle, like our usual 60°back angle, make the sawblade cuts fast
and sharp, on the contrary for hard metal, big back angle will make
the sawtip cracked fastly, so our sawtips for metal cutting with
15-20°back angle.
Series-JX Stardard size are avaliable, no-side angle,easy to clamp
by manual welding, enough margin for grinding working, used by
hand-welding machine or automatic welding machine, for processing
wood and non-ferrous metal
Series-JE Stardard size are avaliable, with 2 side angles 5°,
reduce the grinding process and more pieces of sawtips per
kilogram,used by automatic welding machine, for processing wood and
non-ferrous metal
Serie-JP Stardard size are avaliable, used by hand-welding machine
or automatic welding machine, for grooving metal
Serie JA & JC , Stardard size are avaliable, used by hand-welding
machine or automatic welding machine, for cutting grass
