Repair and maintenance of hydraulic pumps

Reasons for failure: (1) The oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is too low;

Remedy: add hydraulic oil

Cause of failure: (2) Hydraulic oil is not used according to the season;

Elimination method: Usually 46# hydraulic oil (or 68#) is used without special replacement, and 32# is considered when the northern part is extremely cold in winter.

Reasons for failure: (3) The oil inlet pipe is seriously blocked by dirt;

Elimination method: remove foreign objects in the tube

Reasons for failure: (4) The oil seal of the driving gear of the oil pump is damaged, and air enters the hydraulic system;

Remedy: Replace aging or damaged oil seals and O-rings

Cause of failure: (5) Oil pump inlet and outlet joints or elbow joint "O" seals are damaged, elbow joint fastening bolts or inlet and outlet pipe nuts are not tightened, and air enters the hydraulic system;

Remedy: Replace the O-ring, tighten the bolt or nut at the joint

Reasons for failure: (6) Internal leakage of oil pump and aging of sealing ring;

Remedy: replace the sealing ring

Cause of failure: (7) The end face of the oil pump or the end face of the main and driven gear shaft sleeves are worn or scratched, and the unevenness of the end faces of the two shaft sleeves is out of tolerance;

Remedy: Replace the worn gear oil pump or oil pump shaft sleeve, and smooth the end surface on the plate when the wear is slight. The allowable error of unevenness is 0.03mm; the end face of the upper shaft sleeve is lower than the pump body, and the upper plane (normal value is lower than 2.5~2.6mm). If the tolerance is exceeded, the lower shaft sleeve should be compensated with 0.1~0.2mm copper sheet. It should be installed on the rear shaft sleeve
