The spiral sand washing machie widely used for sand washing and classifying applications in quarries recycling and various kinds of mines.The sprial sand washing mahine cleans the sand with the propelling effect of the spiral blade. The material falls into the cleaning tank from the upper part of the spiral sand washing machine, and the high speed spiral blade involves the sand and stone in. The sand and stone are cleaned and sorted with the help of the different specific gravity of solid particles and the different settling velocity in the liquid.

WASHING is accomplished by the turning shaft causing material attrition. This attrition allows deleterious material to be broken up and discharged with the overflow waste water.

CLASSIFICATION is accomplished by adjusting the overflow weir boards to control the waste slurry and meet the desired specification.

DEWATERING is accomplished by conveying the desired material up the inclined tub and allowing water to drain from the product.
