3. Product Feature
① Intelligent LCD multifunctional display screen: this displaying
system is the most intelligent one so far, which could show input
voltage, output voltage, and output current etc. very clearly on
the screen.
② Newest design of the cabinet: the cabinet design is different
from the old type developed by our company. This one is more
beautiful and accordingly, more expensive than the old type.
③ Baffle design in front of the major parts: this design gives
customers a feeling of safety. You could not see the inner design
by just opening the cabinet lock.
④ Omnidirectional wheels design: normally we do not use
omnidirectional wheels with voltage stabilizer with more than 40KVA
capacity. For this new type product, it is installed for easier
movement.
⑤ Wide input voltage range: the input voltage range normally is
±20% of rated input voltage. Wider range could be customized.
4. FAQs
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: It's normally 5 to 10 days. But it depends on the quantity and
product requirements. If the quantity is not that large, 10 days or
so. If it’s normal products, it takes us less than 10 days to
produce it. For large quantity and customized products, it needs 20
to 30 days.
Q: How do you do product quality control?
A: From material coming to product manufacturing, we have
professional staff who are responsible for quality inspection. Only
the product is up to standard, can we ship it to our customers.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: FOB/CIF/CFR, normally with 30% deposit for normal products and
at least 50% advance payment for tailored products and all balance
paid before shipment.
