This series of liquid filling machine is widely used in the film
packing of milk , soy milk , all kinds of drinks , soy vinegar ,
yellow wine etc . All packing procedures including ultraviolet ray
sterilization , molding of bags , print of dates , filling with
fixed quantity , sealing and cutting and numeration , can finished
at the same time,all components are made of stainless steels and
are designed to meet national hygienic standard,C model adopt
composite film.They are all can be designed middle sealing ,side
sealing or photo-electric detection .Machine main structure is
Stainless steel. suit for single layer film packing.
Features:
1. Automatically finish the processes of pouch forming, filling,
sealing, cutting, date printing for a pillow pouch packaging.
2. Two types suit for single-layer PE film and laminated films.
3. PLC controller and A Pattern calibration photoelectric
controller device, ensure the patterns will be complete and
beautiful.
4. Quantitative piston pump filling ensures packaging volume can be
adjusted within an accurate range.
Application:
1. It is applicable for packing the liquid like hairdressing water,
hair conditioner, lotion, soy sauce, cough syrup, agricultural
chemicals, wine and sauce.
2. Adopts Computer Controll System completly, it can finish the
production's process automatically such as making bags, counting,
filling, sealing, cutting, printing batch number, making the rip ,
and so on. It also adopts the adjustable quantificational plunger
pump, and it special uses for something which easy to drawbench or
dript as shampoo.

1A: Are you factory?How many workers do you have? B: Yes,we are
factory. our factory is located in zhangjiagang near from shanghai.
We have about 50 workers in our factory.
2. A: What about after sale service?
B: 12months of electrical part and 18months of mechanical part
after machine installed and running normally.
3. A: What about installation?
B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should
pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day.
besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during
the trip.
4. A: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is
from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the
problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory
(customer will pay the fee during the trip).
5. A: How can you control the quality and delivery?
B: All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden
packaing is strong and safety for long delivery .
