1. ZSM series vibrating screen of ore dressing equipment working principle:

(1) Sieve working principle:

Under the action of agitation force, the material on the screen surface for continuous oblique throwing movement. The material is loose when thrown up, in the collision of screen surface encounter, so that is equal to or less than the screen hole de particles through the screen, so as to achieve dehydration, support or grading.

(2) Self-synchronization principle:

B - type sieve vibrator is free of forced contact, no gear between the two shafts. In order to ensure the vibration of the screen according to the straight track, the two axes must be strictly synchronized with the opposite operation, which can be done naturally in the vibration system of the biaxial screen.

(3) Working principle of damper:

The damping vibrator is arranged as shown, in working and stopping state. The rubber block does not contact the base hole. It exerts symmetrical pressure on the screen box to keep it in a stable position to eliminate cross vibration and twist.

When the stop resonance beat, the screen box amplitude is greater than the rubber block and the base hole gap, at this time the vibration needs to overcome the dynamic friction between rubber and screen box. Because frictional damping consumes some kinetic energy, the resonance amplitude is limited to three times the operating amplitude. The damping force is adjusted by adjusting screws.
