1. Payment Terms
-- Generally, the requirement of payment term in Runsheng is 50% wire transfer in advance & the balance paid before shipment, or LC at sight.
-- For long term cooperated partners, CYATCO is delighted to provide with better payment terms.

2. MOQ
-- 100 sheets MOQ for normal size & thickness acoustic panels, but if you want to customize other size, the MOQ is 300 sheets per color.

3. Lead Time
For standard panel size(1220*2420mm), the period for delivery is within 3 working days.
For customized products, it takes about 7-15 working days.

4. Samples
-- Samples are available and can be offered free.
-- It usually charges 3 times for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meets MOQ.
