Solenod Valve Information:

The solenoid valve uses the electromagnet to push the spool to control the direction of the compressed air, thereby controlling the direction of the pneumatic actuator switch. Its advantages are simple operation and easy remote control.

The working principle of the solenoid valve:
There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to a different tubing. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on both sides. To which side, use the movement of the control valve body to block or leak the different oil discharge holes, the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter the different oil discharge pipes, and then push the cylinder through the pressure of the oil. The piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current to the electromagnet. The main control mode of solenoid valve is relay control. In this way, the solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the desired control and ensure the accuracy and flexibility of the control. There are many types of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves function at different points in the control system. The most commonly used are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc. Hydraulic solenoid valves are used to control the pressure, flow and direction of liquid elements in hydraulic transmissions. The one that controls pressure is called pressure control valve, the one that controls flow is called flow control valve, and the one that controls on-off and flow direction is called directional control valve.
