Q1: How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email ,WhatsApp, We Chat about your demands details, or place order by Alibaba on line.
Q2: How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T , And
L/C also accept for massive order.
Q3: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or
Telephone.Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be
requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into
production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the
order. We usually need 5-10 days if we don't have the items in
stock. Before production has been finished, we will send photos to
you to confirm, and also discuss the shipment details, After the
balance has been settled, we will arrange the shipment for you.
Q4: How do you take care when your clients received defective
products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually
credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q5:What is your Quality Control Process?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to
quality controlling from raw material to the very end product. Each
Product has to be check by our QC people and pass our Performance
testing center. Our factory has gained CE and ISO90001 authentication.
