Quality Control
1. All materials are sourced from domestic brands or European
twin-screw specialty material suppliers and undergo element
analysis and metallurgical testing to ensure quality.
2. Internal splines are inspected using spline plugs to ensure
interchangeability of components.
3. All parts are machined by CNC machines to ensure the shape and
tolerances of the components.
4. European high-speed steel powder processing technology is used,
and strict heat treatment processes are applied to ensure the same
wear and corrosion resistance performance as foreign brands.
5. Our professional technical team can provide timely and accurate
surveying and mapping template design services, as well as
technical services for component combinations.
6. We have various technical data and spare parts for different
brand extruders to ensure timely delivery. Commonly used parts have
ample inventory, and even new parts can be delivered within 45
days.
7. Our modern management system ensures that all products are 100%
qualified and traceable.
