12M Horizontal steel strip Spiral Accumulator for tube mill
Product Description
The main function of Horizontal Accumulator is accumulating steel
strip to keep tube mill operating in a non-stop way. Feed in from
outside cage and output from center.The storage capacity is sufficient to allow the leading and
trailing ends of the coils to be welded in ample time without
having to stop the tube mill.

Specification
In the process of high-speed wire and bar production, the
Horizontal Accumulator between racks is adjusted by means in order
to obtain higher product quality. It adjustment is achieved by
changing the height of the looper.
In the process of cold rolling, coating and plating, the Horizontal
Accumulator realizes the storage of incoming material. The end of
the coil is welded to the head of the next coil to achieve
continuous production by using the time gap between the storage and
incoming material.
