Brief introduction
This machine is my company's advanced technology development.It is
customized according to our customer's special requirements. It
intergrates washing by disinfectant,washing by pure
water,sterilizing by steam,filling and capping in one unit
machine.It also have beautiful overall appearance and excellent
mechanical operation functions.
Features
1. All the machine part which contact with liquid is high quality
stainless steel 304.
2. The relative fittings and components are from international
famous brands,such as Siemens,Mitsubishi.
3. The core parts of machine employs PLC+, frequency convertor+ and
human-machine interface control technology
4. This machine is comprised of rinsing(disinfectant,pure water),
sterilzing,filling and capping system.Rinsing(disinfectant,pure water): grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle;
internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned
completely.
Sterilzing:use a steam generator to provide the steam,the steam sterilzing
part is isolated,It also use a cap sterilizer to sterilzing the
caps.
Filling: hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special back-flow type
of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also
control liquid level accurately.
Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage
rate and make the capping performance the best.
5. This machine owns the reasonable, stable and safe design. Under
the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the
output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It
improves the efficiency a lot.
6. The machine can be connected with UHT, CIP control center and
bottle-invert sterilizer
7. Safe protective devices ensure safety of operator and machine
8. Unique control mechanism keeps circumfluence volume below 5%
