Types of Air Springs

• Convoluted bellows, with permanent crimps in the board connecting the bellows to the bead board. These provide good vibration isolation and linear/angular actuation, but are not suitable for vehicle suspension.
• Sleeve bellows, connecting the bellows to the bead plate with an external clamp. This air spring type provides good vibration isolation, but is limited to linear drives. They are not typical in suspension.
• A rolling bellows with a piston at one end of the bellows instead of a bead plate. This is most common in vehicle suspensions and is generally not recommended for vibration isolation.

They are commonly used as actuators in amusement park rides, packaging equipment, clutch systems, conveyor belts, and scissor lifts, and they are also used as vibration isolators in centrifuges, commercial washing machines, measuring and weighing machinery, and textile looms . While air springs impact many industries such as oil, logging, construction, and manufacturing, it is most prominent in the automotive industry, where air springs are used in the suspensions of car brands such as Lincoln, Cadillac, Hummer, and Jeep.

With the development of business and demand for customers, our company introduced business with TomLog Corporation in 2010, our strategic cooperative partner in Taiwan. Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers. Our company adopts the most advanced domestic air spring processing equipment and international production technology.
