1. Folding and Packing 2 in 1 machine It can realize the one-step process of material automatic feeding, folding, filling, sealing and cutting. No manual intervention, cleaner and more hygienic. More uniform packaging
2. Film roll holder Resonsonal film roll holder linking to the packing machine, make sure the film rolls can be fully stretching and walks smoothly.
3. Material feeding tray Adopting 2 station design, fix the gloves to the tray according to the glove shape. Manual put piles of the gloves to the tray, then automatic suck gloves to the folding area for folding.
4. High quality hardness cutter Good quality cutters, make sure the neatly cut. Optional zig-zag waving tearing cut or triangular scissors opening as customized
5. Automatic filling and sealing Linking with folding machine. After last folding, the inserting board will insert the folded gloves into the forming bag directly, make sure the gloves will not loose and bad will be closest to manual pack bag.
