The silicone rubber is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection moulding processes.

RH6250-70YHA/B can be used to produce food grade technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber elastic properties.

Application: Suitable for the production of food grade products such as baby breast pump, baby pacifiers, baby bottles, bottle caps, baby tableware, baby toys and series products.

The benefits of food grade LSR over elastomeric materials include:

• Bio-inert material in compliance with RoHS standards
• Ability to be sterilized with a variety of methods such as Autoclave, ETO, E-beam and Gamma radiation processes
• Low viscosity that allows flow to all parts of the mold
• Excellent stability over a broad range of temperatures 150°F to 450°F
• Low compression set
• Self-adhesive LSR that chemically adheres to plastics without the need for priming
• Ability to maintain its resiliency, flexibility and capability to transfer mechanical force at extreme temperatures

Suitable for producing high transparent & high precision silicone rubber mold.

• This silicone rubber is packaged in A:B composition at 20 kg/barrel or 200 kg/barrel.
• The storage conditions are unmixed two-component sealed and stored at room temperature.
• It is important to note that this product should not be exposed to compounds containing N, P, and S, so as not to poison the platinum catalyst and affect the effect.

Packaging

It is available in 20kg pails & 200kg drums.

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
