main feature:
1. Computer high-speed lamination, up to 150m/min. Depends on the quality of the cardboard.
2. The feeding unit adopts E-type lifting plate, which can push the plate into place by hydraulic jack. Optional guide rail with pre-stacking device.
3. The high-strength feeder ensures smooth running at high speed and no paper leakage.
4. The sensor compensation alignment device adopts multiple sets of sensors to sense the relative position of the running corrugated board, so that the left and right servo motors of the top paper are independently driven to achieve high-precision alignment and high speed of the top paper and the corrugated paper.
5. Full-function electronic control system, touch screen and PLC program automatically monitor the working status, which is convenient for troubleshooting. Electrical design conforms to CE standard.
6. The gluing unit adopts a high-precision coating wheel and cooperates with a specially designed metering roller to improve the uniformity of gluing. The unique gluing wheel with glue stop device and automatic glue level control system ensures that the backflow does not overflow glue.
7. The machine frame is processed by CNC lathe at one time to ensure the accuracy of each position. Toothed belts for conveying ensure smooth operation and low noise. The motors and spare parts are made of Chinese famous brand products, with high efficiency, few failures and long service life.
8. The corrugated cardboard feeding unit adopts a powerful servo motor control system, which has the characteristics of high sensitivity and high speed. The suction device adopts high-pressure fan, SMC large flow control valve and unique dust filter box, which enhances the suction force for different corrugated paper and ensures smooth operation, no double or multiple sheets, and no missing sheets.
9. Automatic glue supply system: This machine adopts imported liquid level controller to supply glue. When the glue is insufficient, the paper feeder is automatically stopped to avoid paper waste.

Top paper feeding unit 4 suckers for picking up paper and 4 suckers for conveying paper to ensure stable and fast paper feeding.

Bottom paper feeding unit Imported brand belt, good suction ability for the bottom sheet feeding.The bottom paper feeding adopts a widened and elongated bottom paper feeding belt, which is stable in paper feeding with Yaskawa servo control system, and the paper is fed with stability and precision with high-power suction fan. Each belt is tightened separately, (others have been changed to overall tightening in order to reduce costs).
