MG ultrafine grinder consists of feeding device, main machine (including classification device), transferring pipe, cyclone separator, bag filter and fan, etc. It features compact design, reasonable structure, and no sieve. There is classification device in the machine. this is super fine pulverizer, you can called it ACM hammer mill, air classifier mill, super fine powder grinding machine, It is used to grind kinds of chemicals, stones, food, leaves, dried vegetable fruit, beans, seeds, PE wax, coffee bean, cocoa cake into fine powder. the final size of powder is 80-1000 mesh can be adjustable. if you need large capacity grinder, it is best choice for you. Product features

1. The MG series ultrafine grinder is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control box.

2.It has various performances such as winnowing type, no screen, no net, uniform particle size, and stepless adjustment of fineness. The production process is continuous.

3.The machine does not heat up during the crushing operation, and can crush various heat-sensitive materials. It is especially suitable for crushing fibrous and greased materials.

Working principle

The machine is composed of a crushing host, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust box, and an induced draft fan. The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper and is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer. The crushing fineness can be adjusted by the distance between the grading knife and the grading disc to achieve the required fineness. The crushed material enters by the action of the centrifugal force and the induced draft fan. After the cyclone separator, the material is discharged by turning off the fan, and the dust enters the pulse dust removal box, and is recycled after being filtered by the filter cartridge.
The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, and the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and there is no dust during the crushing process.
