1,Are we manufacturers or traders?
We are manufacturer, our factory lies in Guangzhou, Guangdong
Province. Welcome to visit us! All of our machines we sell have our
own design patents. With much more working and much better material
used on our machines,the quality of ours has been much better than
others.
2,What is our warranty for the machines? And how would our warranty
work?
We will provide 1 year of warranty for each of our machines, and if
there is some part of the machine which won't work, just send us a
small video and we will be able to judge which part is not working
and mail you the non-working part for free and lively instruct you
to change.
3,How it would be shipped? Do we support door delivery? And how
much time and cost will it take?
Shipping method depends on your choices. We can support door
delivery by air or to airport only to the worldwide by DHL, Fedex
or UPS, and also we can do shipment to your sea port as well. The
cost is different according to your location and the machine model
you choose, you can ask for more courier cost details after
deciding which machine to buy.
4,What about the voltage or the electrical plug issues?
We can make 220/50,220/60,110/60 machines, thus you don’t have to
worry about the electricity plug issues in your country. Our main
regular markets now have been mainly in US, India, South Africa,
