Machine introduction

1. The paper is loaded on the paper by pneumatic lifting. This paper loading method saves labor and is simple and easy to operate.
2. The braking method is pneumatic braking. The brake pressure can be quickly adjusted according to the size of the paper roll, so that the winding can reach the same tightness.
3. The main motor is Hengshui Yongshun 5.5kw force magnetic speed-regulating motor. The cutting speed can be adjusted according to different quality paper.
4. The winding method of the paper is an air-swelling retracting type. Inflatable shaft delivery completely avoids the phenomenon of the conventional delivery roll and shaft disengagement. At the same time, the delivery of the paper with double air-expanded shaft delivery also avoids the overlapping of paper strips due to the gram of base paper.
5. The unloading method after winding is completed by electric hoisting. The cut base paper can be hoisted down as a whole, completely eliminating the manual lifting and moving operation, which is convenient for operation and saves labor and time.
