What is the process of powder coating?
The powder-coat process entails the application of
electrostatically charged particles onto the surface of the
substrate. In a typical powder-coating system, a feeder unit
delivers the powder to an electrostatic gun. The feeder unit also
controls the flow of powder to the gun.
Is powder coating better than paint?
Powder coating provides better performance than wet paint—it is
more resistant to chipping, scratching, and other wear because of
the thermal bonding it undergoes during curing, and because it can
be applied in much thicker layers.

A: It needs about 15 days for one 40GP container if the mould is
ok.
It needs about 7-10 days to open new mould.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay
the cost of freight.
And we need to charge the mould fee if it needs to open new mould.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before the
