Soda bottling machine description:

Carbonated soft drinks are usually sweet, non-alcoholic effervescent drinks. The most famous examples of carbonated soft drinks are Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, and Sprite. Besides, some soft drinks is carbonated water mixed with fruit juice and a small amount of natural sweetener, appeal to a more health-conscious crowd.

The machine is used in filling carbonated beverage in bottles made of polyester and plastics.

Principle of isobaric filling:

The carbonated beverage filling machine adopts iso-pressure (iso-barometric) filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others. The isostatic filling machine generally maintains a certain filling pressure in the storage tank. When the container to be filled enters the filling machine, the container is first Inflated, the gas can be compressed air or carbon dioxide gas, preferably carbon dioxide gas. When the pressure in the container and the pressure in the storage tank are the same, the self-weight of the liquid is filled through the open filling valve. During the filling process, the gas in the container is smoothly exported and returned to the storage tank or to the gas chamber.

2. It is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.

3. Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
4. The machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
5. It uses frequency changer to conrtol the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.
