Extension Arm is a Special-purpose Attachment for Excavator.
Combining the way of the extension arm with the bucket, the size
arm of the original car can achieve the purpose of quickly
expanding the working range of the excavator, and can be used for
quick change.
Product Description
1. Applicable for all the make and model of excavator.
2. Standard supply include:bucket,linkage,bucket cylinder, 4oil
pipe/hose,6pins,lubricating system
3. Many different material such as Q345B,Q690D,Weldox are optional
to suit to your application.
4. Big boom can be two jointed pcs to make it fittable into
container to save shipping cost.
5. All the seam are 45 degree tapered before welding.
6. Six month warranty
7. Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or
overlapping another plate for heavy-duty application.
8. Boom cylinder and arm cylinder can also be supplied if customer
want.
9. Extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra application.
10. Biggest long boom we have done is 32m long boom for Hitachi
EX3500.
Product Application and Features
1. Different material such as Q345B,Q690D,Weldox and so on are for
your options or according to your application purpose.
2. We will supply all the pipeline for you, according to your
application. So pls advise your application purpose (with breaker
or pulverizer or with any other attachments).
3. All pins are hardened (to enhance its hardness) and
high-frequency tempered (to enhance its toughness) and grinded (to
enhance precision)
4. You can use your original bucket cylinder for the arm cylinder ,
you can use the original arm cylinder for the mid-boom cylinder,you
can use the original boom cylinder for the boom cylinder. So you
only need to buy the bucket cylinder from us to save a lot of
money.
5. Since we make demolition shear (crusher) and pulverizer as well
as breaker,so we can make demolition boom and all attachments
together for you.
6. Its always a misperception that the length of the demolition
boom is the height it can reach.Actually, the excavator and
attachment always has about 2 meter height.So the actual height it
can reach is the length of the boom + excavator height.
7. We will issue the drawing and working diagram for your review
before you place the order. Also we have many videos for our

Packing and Shipping
1. We pack it by film at first, then secure it inside the container
by fixing to the container wall through steel wire.
2. One container can load 3 complete sets(we use rack to hold the
upper sets).
3. Production leadtime is 15 days for 1 set, 20 days for 3 sets.
