QGF-450 type barreling line adopts cylinder cover, valve has cap return function, cover bin design has one hour output, flushing pressure has indication, and the finished water must be 316 pipe fittings, internal flushing pressure is not less than 0.28mpa, time is not less than 16 seconds, and external flushing pressure is about 0.2MPa. Working principle of of 450BPH 5 gallon botte water bottling line:
The empty barrel moves a station with the chain to flush the barrel mouth and barrel body in an inverted shape. The washing process consists of eight steps: first step, second step, alkali washing, third step, fourth step, fifth step, sixth step, seventh step, eighth step, Ninth step, tenth step, eleventh step and twelfth step.
The washed clean barrel is turned over 90 degrees with the chain movement. The empty barrel is pulled out of the bucket seat by the bucket pulling cylinder and turned down with the bucket turning frame. Then the bucket is turned up by the bucket pushing cylinder to put the empty barrel on the conveyor belt of the filling machine and wait for filling.
After the empty barrel reaches the filling position, the filling valve is pushed by the cylinder into the barrel mouth, and the filling pump is opened for filling. The filling time is set by PLC, and the multi-function button on the panel can be used to correct the filling time according to the liquid level, so as to achieve a better position.
After filling, the full barrel is sent to the capping station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle cap is automatically covered on the barrel mouth when passing the capping station on the way. After the gland is completed, it is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post packaging process.
