line(200ml-2000ml) and barreled mineral water line (1- 5 gallon

Water washing part:

Rinsing gripper dial, separating water dial, water trough.
Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper does not contact
the thread parts of the bottle neck,avoiding the second
contamination.

Water filling part:

Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading
cylinder.High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high
filling
speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made
of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic.

Capping part:

Screwing capper, cap sorter, falling cap guide.
Capping head have itself scale. Easier adjust and count.

Rinsing Parts

Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts
that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made
of stainless steel 304.

The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the
bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the
traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no
quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid being
polluted by the rubber gripper.

Filling parts

The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign
design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few
sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is
made of 304 stainless steel.

Capping Parts

The capping machine can cap different kinds of bottles, it is
reliable, easy to operate and easy to maintain. It are widely used
in wines, food, drinks, medicine, chemicals, reagents, pesticides
and automatic packing etc. It is the most popular rotary screw
automatic folding capper.
