FEATURES:
This Small Batch Vacuum Cream Ointment Making Machine Capacity can
be 5L to 100L, It can also be equipped with wheels for easy
movement, suitable for laboratory equipment for creams/small batch
production of nail polish, mascara, hair dye and other products
- Frame Mixer Structure Mixing: paddle with teflon scraper, all
material contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 316L. Mixing
speed is 0-65rpm adjustable.
- Homogenizer: The advanced homogenizer with unique grinding
technique gurantees the granularity and fineness of the
ingredients, which is a foundamental and key step to ensure the
meulsifying effect.
- Excellent Vacuum System: The total vacuum environment prevents the
ingredients forom generating foam and bubble, makes final products
exquisite and high class.
- Pre-treatment System: Water phase and oil phase pot to pre-heat and
disperse the raw materials, then transfer them to main pot to begin
production. It would be helpful to speed up porduction schedule.
