Description
Quater Fold Serviette machine is developed for customers targeting
high production capacity and excellent napkin products.
This napkin tissue machine can run at the speed of 300 meters per
min(2600sheets per min). Web guide (optional), full-face embossing
(standard/optional), edge embossing(standard/optional), 1 or 2
colors Logo printing(optional). ¼ (standard), 1/6(optional ), 1/8
(optional) folding types are available.
Compact design and easy adjustment help operators to have full
control of functionality and production of the machine.

Our Production Process and Delivery to Customer
We have our own CNC to do parts machining, and then shot blasting,
we do baking paint for all the parts. Next we start the assembly,
when the machines are finished, we will do the commissioning and
test running. If customer will not come to our factory to check and
approve, we will send machine photos and videos to customer before
packaging and shipment.
