Product Description
The Perforated metal mesh can be used for environmental protection
and noise control barriers in traffic and municipal facilities such
as expressways, railways and subways in urban areas,
sound-absorbing panels for sound insulation and noise reduction of
building object walls, generator rooms, factory plants and other
noise sources, sound-absorbing nets for ceilings and wall panels of
buildings,etc.
Punching method of perforated metal mesh
Continuous blanking in the same direction: the method of stacking
part of rectangular punching mesh molds can be used to process long
holes, edge cutting, etc.
Continuous forming: forming processing methods with larger scale
than punching mesh die, such as large-scale louver, rolling rib,
rolling step and so on.
Nibbling: the processing method of continuous punching arc with
small round die and small step distance.
Multi direction continuous blanking: the processing method of
machining large holes with small punching mesh die.
Single forming: a processing method of shallow deep drawing forming
according to the die shape.
Single punch: punching is completed in a single time, including
straight line dispersion, arc dispersion, circumferential
dispersion and punching of grid holes.
Array forming: processing multiple identical or different
workpieces on a large plate.
