The galvanized welded mesh is made of high-quality low-carbon iron
wire. After it is formed by spot welding with automatic, precise
and accurate mechanical equipment, it adopts the surface treatment
of zinc dipping process and conventional British standard
production. The mesh surface is smooth and neat, the structure is
firm and uniform, and the overall performance is good.
Galvanized welding mesh is divided into two types: electro
galvanizing and hot galvanizing.
The welded wire fabric could be custom made by our factory. It could be packed in plastic film or waterproof paper.
What is galvanized??
Galvanized is not a metal or alloy; it is a process in which a
protective zinc coating is applied to steel to prevent rusting.
The zinc layer physically insulates iron from oxygen and water,
which are needed for rusting.
There is a dense zinc oxide film on the zinc layer.
Zinc oxide is insoluble in water, so it can protect iron from
rusting. Moreover, the zinc layer has a special metal structure, is
a very hard coating, with excellent wear resistance.
In the process of galvanizing, zinc and iron react chemically to
form a series of alloys, which make the zinc layer and iron bond
tightly.
Because the zinc layer is firmly bonded with the iron and steel
materials underneath, even if the galvanized iron and steel objects
are rolled, drawn, bent and other shape-changing operations, the
coating will not be damaged.
Application:
Welded wire netting is widely used as machine enclosures, animal
livestock fence, flowers fence, window guardrail, channel fence,
poultry cage, egg baskets and home office food basket, paper basket
and decoration.
