Quick Description:
High masts with a very wide usage field can be used for lighting
purposes in squares, intersections and roundabouts, sea-ports,
airports, sports areas, bus terminals, historical and touristic
places, etc.
Highmasts are manufactured at various sizes, and the pole may have
one galvanized polygonal section steel body or more than one steel
bodies joined by the slip-joint method.
Galvanised steel poles produced by Mitas Poles are computer
designed based on up-to-date technologies and meet the customer
requirements of quality, safety and durability.
High masts are available in various types, which include platform
(PL), step bolts and Rungs (PM), ladder with safety cage (KM),
internal ladder (IM), man power lift system (AS) types.
High masts can be manufactured as single-direction, two-direction
and circular multi-directional types according to floodlight
orientation, depending on the customer’s requirements.
As for floodlighting poles, in cases where a platform is not
required or designed with platforms, they are manufactured in a
single-direction and in two directions with a rectangular platform,
with a tilted head frame or with a circular platforms which allow
the lights to be distributed through 360˚ all directions

Mast with continuous tapered polygonal cross section have high load
bearing strength oscillation due to wind speed and related stress
are fully taken care in the design.

FIXED TYPE HEAD FRAME :
Designed with larger Dia. Non corrosive aluminum pulley system for
longer life and perfect balancing.
WINCHES :
Winch designed with gear ration 53:1 and without break of clutches.
These are self lubricated for sustained trouble free life.
FINISH :
The complete mast with component is fully hot dip galvanized for
longer life.
Workshop
LANTERN CARRIAGE :
We specialize in custom built design, standard lighting design and
various types and shapes. The lantern carriage is supported with
three numbers flexible 6 sq. mm. S.S. wire ropes from the
distributors that can be elevated/lowered electrically and
mechanically.
OPTIONAL :
The most can be supplied with timer / photo sensor panel for auto
control.
Options:
• The High Mast is available in various length, diameters and hole
arrangements.
• Multisided or Tapered round variations.
• The High Mast is available in base plate mounted or direct bury
installed.
• All High Masts are hot dip galvanized according to EN 1461, and
can be powder coated or painted.
