Sample rack requirements:
1. It is composed of shell, electronic components and ozone
generator.

of the sample. When contacting with the ozonated air, the length
direction of the sample should be basically parallel to the
direction of the air flow.
3. The fixture should be made of materials (such as aluminum) that
are not easy to decompose ozone.
