Constant temperature and humidity test box is also known as

working principle:
The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is composed of
two parts: temperature regulation (heating, cooling) and
humidification. Through the rotating fan installed in the top of
the box, the air is discharged into the box to achieve gas
circulation and balance the temperature and humidity inside the
box. The data collected by the built-in temperature and humidity
sensor of the box is transmitted to the temperature and humidity
controller (micro information processor) for editing and
processing, and the temperature and humidity control instructions
are issued. Through the air heating unit, condensing pipe and the
tank heating and evaporation unit.
Constant temperature and humidity box temperature regulation is
through the box built-in temperature sensor, data collection,
temperature controller (micro information processor) adjustment,
connected to the air heating unit to increase the temperature or
adjust the refrigeration solenoid valve to reduce the temperature
in the box, in order to achieve the required temperature control.
Constant temperature and humidity box humidity regulation is
through the body set humidity sensor, data collection, humidity
controller (micro information processor) adjustment, connected to
the tank heating element, through the evaporation of water in the
tank to increase the humidity in the box or adjust the
refrigeration solenoid valve to achieve dehumidification, in order
to control the required humidity.
Constant temperature and humidity box with multiple protection
measures; The temperature system is equipped with an
overtemperature protector under the condition that the maximum safe
permissible temperature can be set. The air heating element can
automatically power off when the rotating fan stops. The
humidifying system can stop the power supply when the water level
of the humidifying tank decreases. The refrigeration system also
stops working as the temperature of the box rises (more than 40℃)
or the humidity increases.

matters need attention:
1. In order to avoid machine failure in the constant temperature
and humidity test chamber, please provide power supply within the
rated voltage range.
2. To prevent electric shock, misoperation and faults, do not
switch on the power supply before the installation and cable
connections are complete.
3. This product is not explosion-proof, please do not use the
constant temperature and humidity machine in the environment with
combustible or explosive gas.
4. Please try not to open the door of the test chamber during the
work of the instrument. Opening at high temperature may cause burns
to the operator, and opening at low temperature may cause frostbite
to the staff, and may cause freezing of the evaporator, affecting
the refrigeration effect. If you must open, please do some
protective work,
5. Do not disassemble, process, transform or repair the constant
temperature and humidity machine without permission, otherwise
there will be abnormal action, electric shock or fire risk.
6. The ventilation holes of the body should be unobserved to avoid
failure, abnormal operation, reduced service life and fire.
7. If the machine is damaged or deformed when unpacking, do not use
it.
8. When installing and setting up the machine, pay attention not to
let dust, thread, iron filings or other things into the machine,
otherwise wrong action or failure will occur.
9. Wiring must be correct and grounded. Non-grounding may cause
electric shock, misoperation, abnormal display, or large error in
measurement.
10. Check terminal screws and fixers regularly. Do not use them
when they are loose.
11. During the operation of the instrument, the power input
terminal cover must be installed on the terminal board to prevent
electric shock.
12. When the instrument is in operation, safety should be fully
considered before modifying Settings, signal output, starting,
stopping and other operations. Wrong operation will cause damage or
failure of the working equipment.
13. Please wipe the instrument with a dry cloth. Do not use
alcohol, gasoline or other organic solvents.
